Junior Engineer

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting day-to-day engineering activities in the areas of production, process maintenance, and technology at the client’s site.
• Participating in the analysis and optimization of production processes (efficiency, quality, safety).
• Cooperating with the client’s production, quality, and maintenance teams in solving technical issues.
• Preparing and updating technical documentation, instructions, and reports related to ongoing tasks.
• Participating in the launch of new processes, production lines, or technical modifications.
• Supporting the implementation of technical and investment projects, including installation, relocation, modernization, and refurbishment of production lines or individual machines.
• Complying with applicable quality standards, health and safety regulations, and internal procedures.

Our requirements:

• Technical education (secondary or higher) in one of the following fields: mechanical engineering, automation and robotics, electronics, electrical engineering, power engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic ability to read and understand technical documentation.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the engineering and production area.
• Knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level; technical English is an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Analytical skills.
• Availability to work according to a schedule that may occasionally include weekends, while maintaining a 40-hour workweek.
