Role Overview

The Regional HR / HRIS Analyst will support the Regional HR Department with various projects, processes, and administrative operations, focusing on the HR Information System (Cornerstone). This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a keen interest in HR and technical skills, offering a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Information System Management:

  • Oversee HR processes in Cornerstone (preparation, launch and follow up - Core data, Performance, Talent, Learning).
  • Data Management Regular data checks and follow-ups with local HR.
  • Provide reporting tools and training materials, conduct the training sessions.
  • Support other departments in creating training materials.
  • Test and follow up on system updates.
  • Participate in projects impacting Cornerstone.

HR Department Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to the HR management cycle (e.g., talent management, performance management, Reward).
  • Conduct general clerical duties (e.g., headcount reporting, Working Calendar, Organization charts, Employee Surveys, Maintenance of Teams folders, Intranet and RHR e-mail address).
  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Support communication with BU heads, branch managers, local HR reps, and employees.
  • Assist with policy management and approval processes.

Profile Requirements

  • Education: graduated from a business school (master in management) or from the University with a master degree in business or human resources (organizational psychology, etc.)
  • Experience: 1-2 years in HR, ideally in a multicultural environment.
  • Skills: Fluent in English, excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong communication, analytical, project management, and time management skills. Tech-savvy (ideally experience with Cornerstone or another HR Management system), proactive, and a team player.
